The REGIONAL program is a perfect introduction to the junior club volleyball world! Our regional program is set up to be approximately a 3 and a half month season. Teams practice twice per week and play in a handful of local 1-day tournaments. The program still includes Piedmont's high level training model with a focus on establishing a passion for the game, work ethic, and determination to progress to the next level. Teams will have one coach and one lead trainer and train under our Master Coaching system.

WHAT AGE GROUPS PLAY AT THIS LEVEL?

Our regional program is for 12U to 14U players.

HOW LONG IS THE Regional SEASON?

Training begins the first week of December and runs through early March with tournament play beginning in January. Regional tournaments are all single day events that don't require any overnight travel. Regional teams will practice 2 times per week. Practices will be held at the Greensboro Sportsplex – 2400 16th St., Greensboro, NC or Proehlific Park - 4517 Jessup Grove Rd, Greensboro, NC.

WHAT ARE THE CLUB FEES FOR Regional PROGRAM?

• 12U to 14U: $900 split into two payments

The club fees include facility rental, coaches pay, tournament entry fees, and administrative costs. Travel and food expenses for tournaments, additional apparel, and additional trainings and clinics outside of regular practices are not included.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE UNIFORM PACKAGE?

Piedmont Volleyball Club is proud to be an official NIKE sponsored volleyball club. The uniform fee is $100, separate from the club dues, and will include:

• 2 - NIKE jersey
• 2 - practice t-shirts

• *NEW* 2 - 3 Practices per Week

Regional teams typically practice on 2 days of the week. This season, travel teams practice on Mondays/ Wednesdays or Tuesdays/Thursdays for 2 hours of court training. Athletes will receiving the following each week:

• Individual Positional Training
• Team Training and Competition
• Mental, Social, and Leadership Training 
   
• *NEW* Individual/ Group Training Model

We acknowledge that volleyball is a team sport. However, we believe that if we train the athlete first, our teams will be deeper and more well rounded. With a combination of individual training and team training, we will maximize both individual and team growth.

Piedmont VBC is  incredibly blessed to have not one, but two phenomenal facilities that we call home. At the Greensboro Sportsplex, we have up to 7 volleyball courts and at Proehlific Park up to 3 courts. By having these spaces, we have the flexibility to create the best training environment, and not jam a bunch of teams on top of each other. We are able to provide every team with individual court time; coaches are able to work with players on specific individual and team skills.
